The 40-year-old football star proposed recently, and Georgina shared the news on Instagram on Monday. She posted a photo showing a stunning diamond ring on her finger with the caption, “Yes, I do. In this and in all my lives.”
Jewellery experts believe that the ring is worth over £1.5 million. They say it is an oval-cut diamond between 15 and 20 carats, with two large side stones. The ring is set in platinum, which is known for its strength and long-lasting shine.
Cristiano and Georgina first met in 2016 when she was working at a Gucci store in Madrid, Spain. At the time, Ronaldo was playing for Real Madrid. They quickly became close and started dating.
Over the years, they have built a family together. Georgina gave birth to their daughter, Alana Martina, in 2017. In 2022, they welcomed twins, but sadly, their baby boy died shortly after birth.
Georgina is also stepmother to Ronaldo’s three other children, Cristiano Jr., and twins Eva and Mateo, who were born through surrogacy.
