Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo and her musician husband, Juma Jux, have revealed the face of their son, Rakeem Mkambala, for the first time as he celebrates his first birthday.
The couple, who had previously shared pictures of their child while keeping his face hidden from the public, chose the milestone occasion to introduce him to their followers.
The first public reveal comes as Rakeem marks one year since his birth, with Priscilla and Juma sharing a heartfelt birthday message alongside images showing their son’s face.
The couple described the past 365 days as a period filled with love, cuddles and the joy of watching their child develop his own personality.
In their message to their son, the couple expressed gratitude for his presence in their lives, describing him as a cheerful, intelligent and curious child who brings happiness to their home. They also offered prayers for his future, asking that he grow up healthy, happy and purposeful while receiving divine guidance throughout his life.
“We blinked, and a whole year passed,” the couple wrote as they celebrated the milestone, reflecting on how quickly their son’s first year had gone by.
They went on to describe Rakeem as their “little sunshine” and said they were proud to be his parents.
The birthday message highlighted the qualities they said had become noticeable during his first year. According to his parents, Rakeem is joyful, smart, curious and full of life, with a personality that has brought greater happiness to their everyday lives.

Rakeem’s face had remained private in previous social media posts shared by Priscilla and Juma, despite the couple documenting moments from his early life online.
